we start with a magnesium foot soak before transferring to our contoured bed and placing a heated and weighted eye pillow to initiate the experience. a dry body brush is performed on all limbs followed by a body butter massage to encourage lymphatic drainage, exfoliate and hydrate the skin. After rolling over, we perform a full back facial including cleanse, scrub, mask, steam, Infra-Red LED and hot tool massage.

melt away tension in the neck, shoulders and back with our 30 minute oil massage. we incorporate some our signature scalp massage moves into the back of the skull to treat the fascia that connects all three areas. We hot towel the back at the end of the service to remove excess oil.
